Description

  • We currently seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our client in the Construction and Manufacturing Industry.
  • As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy, managing campaigns, and driving brand awareness through multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.
  • Create and oversee the production of marketing collaterals, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Manage the company’s website and social media presence, ensuring content is engaging and up to date.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring quality deliverables within budget and timeline.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing and communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience in a consulting or professional services firm is a plus.
