- This job holder is to ensure IBEDC Payment channels are optimally functioning for improved customer convenience, customer experience and to achieve organizational revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitors the availability and functionality of all payment channels across the franchise.
- Escalates network or channels downtime to IT, FETS and third parties for quick resolution of network downtime and payment application development.
- Renders daily and weekly reports on channels transaction counts and performance.
- Monitors agents and sub-agents channels availability and performance.
- Resolves payment-related issues from Prepayment and Post-paid operations units and others.
- Resolves customer complaints logged via CRM and other complaint channels (email, social media, walk-in, etc.)
- Fraud prevention by adhering to SOPs.
- Performs other Ad-hoc assignments as defined by Lead, Payment Channels.
Job Requirements
- A good Bachelor’s Degree (in Business disciplines or any related field).
- A master’s degree in a Business-related field is required.
- Membership of a professional body in the Management or Marketing field is required.
- 0-3 years in billing or prepayment operations in utility company.
