- We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager for our client. As the Regional Manager (North Central & North East), you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and driving growth in the assigned region.
- You will work closely with the executive management team to develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share and maximize revenue.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales plan to achieve revenue targets
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives in the region
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, performance, and forecasts
- Oversee the implementation of sales policies and procedures
- Manage key customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales and business development roles
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
